We price by volume, so how much space your items take up. The units of measurement we use are called Cubic Yards.

HOW BIG IS A CUBIC YARD?

One Cubic Yard = 3 ft. x 3 ft. x 3 ft.

VOLUME OF COMMON HOUSEHOLD ITEMS

• A standard Couch = 2.0 Cubic Yards

• A Refrigerator = 1.5 Cubic Yards

• An Office Chair = 0.4 Cubic Yards

• An Oven =0.7 Cubic Yards

• A Queen Mattress = 1.25 Cubic Yards

• A Large Dresser = 1.5 Cubic Yards

Junk Removal Volume Prices

• 1/4th Load - 0-3.4 cu Yards =$150

• 1/2 Load - 3.5-7 cu Yards =$250

• 3/4th Load - 7-10 cu Yards = $375

• Large Load - 10.5-14 cu Yards = $500

• Full Load+ - 14-18 cu Yards = $550

Cleanout* Services Volume Prices

• 1/4th Load - 0-4.5 cu Yards = $260

• 1/2 Load - 4.5-9 cu Yards = $375

• 3/4th Load - 9-13.5 cu Yards = $525

• Full Load - 13.5-18 cu Yards = $650

*Cleanout Services prices are more expensive because they are more labor intensive.
